Amature Wedding Photography Tips
I’ve been asked to photograph my sisters wedding in June. I’ve been asked in the past by people via email after visiting an old site, and I always turned them down. Why did I turn them down? I’ve never shot a wedding before and I wouldnt want to accidently ruin someones special day.
But this chance, I’m doing it right… I hope. I’ve asked my former professor, who shoots weddings, if I could assist on a couple before my sisters big day. And I’ve asked around to others that have shot or shoot weddings.
One of the persons I’ve asked is Miklos Bacso, and apparently I’m not the only one shooting weddings for the first time. Miklos has had so many ask him, he decided to write a wonderful article on some of the basics of wedding photography.
